Privacy Policy

FullSquad is a product of Shewfly Arcade, LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “FullSquad” in this policy refer to Shewfly Arcade, LLC operating the FullSquad service.

What we collect

When you sign in, we receive your name and email address from your authentication provider. When a team captain adds you to a roster, they may also provide your name, email address, and phone number. We store this information to identify your account, display your name to teammates, and deliver event notifications.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your FullSquad account
  • To send event invitations and attendance reminders via email or SMS (only when contact info is on file and notifications are enabled)
  • To display your name on event attendance lists visible to your teammates
  • To process subscriptions and player payments through our payment processor
  • To respond to support requests you send us

Subscriptions and team billing

If you start a paid team subscription, your billing information (card details, address, and payment history) is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. We retain a Stripe customer ID and subscription status on our servers so we can show your billing state in the app.

Player payments and captain payouts

If your team captain uses FullSquad to collect player fees, payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Captains who receive payouts complete Stripe's onboarding directly with Stripe and provide their own identifying and banking details to Stripe. FullSquad receives only the payment metadata needed to display payment status (amount, status, timestamp).

SMS messaging

If you provide a phone number and opt in, FullSquad may send transactional SMS messages relating to your team — event invites, cancellations, and time changes. SMS messages are sent via Twilio.

  • Message frequency varies based on your team's schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any FullSquad message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • You can also manage SMS preferences in-app at any time via your notification settings.
  • Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in status are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and are not sold under any circumstances.

Cookies and tracking

We use first-party session cookies set by our authentication provider (Clerk) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell tracking data.

Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data required for the following providers to operate the service:

  • Clerk — user authentication and session management
  • Stripe — subscription billing and player payments
  • Resend — email delivery (invites, reminders, transactional)
  • Twilio — SMS delivery
  • Neon — managed database hosting
  • Cloudflare — application hosting and content delivery

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Your rights

You can:

  • Access — request an export of your data by emailing support.
  • Delete — delete your account from your settings page, or request deletion by emailing support. Some payment records are retained for legal record-keeping (anonymized where possible).
  • Correct — update your profile information in the app.
  • Opt out — turn off email or SMS notifications from your notification preferences.

Data retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we hard-delete personal profile data, RSVPs, and notification preferences. Payment records are retained in anonymized form for legal and tax record-keeping. Backups are retained for up to 30 days.

Children

FullSquad is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
